Small-batch, made-to-order, picked up fresh. Monday receives softness. Friday receives reward.
Mondays for comfort, Fridays for reward
The logic
Monday is for comfort.
Everyone quietly dreads Monday. The alarm before you're ready, the week that hasn't started giving. A tiramisu on the counter is a small counterweight — not fixing anything, just softening the edge.
Friday is for reward.
You made it through. The meetings, the deadlines, the coffee that stopped working by 3pm. Something at the end is the acknowledgment — not a special occasion, a normal one.
Two days is enough.
Desserts stop meaning something when they show up every day. Keeping the rhythm tight is what lets each one land.
Ingredients
A dessert can only hide behind sugar for so long. Mooday is built on ingredients most home bakers don't reach for — because the difference lands on the first bite.
Tia Maria
Jamaican coffee liqueur, used 1:1 with espresso in the tiramisu. Not diluted. It replaces the mass-market Kahlua.
República del Cacao, 22–24% fat
Deep mahogany cocoa, dusted over the tiramisu top. Not supermarket grade — the first impression should carry weight.
Prova Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla
Real seed flecks, visible in the basque cross-section. Quiet, until you notice them.

About
Mooday started from a simple observation. Most cake brands sell occasions — birthdays, anniversaries, milestones. We sell weeks. The Monday that needs softening. The Friday that earned something. Two days that actually deserve dessert, on repeat, not once a year.
What matters is what a dessert actually does — the first bite when the day quiets, when whatever was crowding your head loosens for a few seconds. That is the point. The decoration, the tiered photo cake, the styled bite that arrives on Instagram before it arrives to you — that is other people's business. If a bite doesn't land, no amount of styling saves it.
Dessert, done properly, is small. It is the pause on a hard week. The box you open on the Monday you weren't ready for. The something at the end of a Friday you earned. Not a special occasion — a normal one, quietly good.
No factory. No weekday rush. No Friday-night specials engineered to move stock. Two pickup days. Three days of lead time. Nothing that shows up louder than it tastes.
This is a young business. It is also a serious one.
